The paving patterns at the Boardwalk centre (not the Boardwalk Entertainment Complex where the Casino is situated but on the sea side of Marine Drive) at Hobie Beach.
This took a lot of planning and work. It is very special. Is there a particular culture or artist who did this? I am reminded of the Portuguese and Brazilian work.Margaret
