Winter in and around Port Elizabeth is hot

I was looking for something to post for this week’s Video Friday and found this “Winter in Nelson Mandela Bay is Hot” clip which Nelson Mandela Bay Tourism did a couple of years ago.  Seeing that today was one of those perfect winter days we get in PE I decided that the clip is nogal appropriate.
