Surf lessons at Kings Beach

I was looking for a video to post for today's Video Friday post and found this one of a surfing lesson at Kings Beach on Blake T's YouTube channel. I've never surfed in my life but perhaps it is time for me to try. The lessons look like fun.

Drinks overlooking the pool

On Saturday during Ironkids at the McArthur pool complex my eye kept on wandering to the folk having drinks on the deck at Cubana. It must be one of the best spots for a drink with its view of the pools and Kings Beach beyond.

Drama Princess Instapose reflection

Drama Princess doing the "Instagram pose" on the beachfront during the Instawalk a couple of weeks ago. I really like the reflection in the pond along the Kings Beach promenade and she makes the perfect subject. Not that she needs any excuse to pose for a photograph.

One of the features as part of the Kings Beach Park development is a beach chair selfie frame which Drama Princess just had to try out while on last weekend's Instawalk in the area.
