Shark Rock Pier

Shark Rock Pier has featured in many of our posts, but it has many moods, so we never tire of photographing it. This shot was taken as the sun was making her presence felt and you can see her rays catching the top of the waves, from under the pier.

Lifeguards

On hobie beach during the holiday season, this lifeguard's shed made an appearance near the Shark Rock Pier. These volunteers do amazing work keeping an eye on holidaymakers as they enjoy the waves. As you can see from the sign, they have been in action for the past 50 years. Thanks guys and girls!

Shark Rock Pier at night

PEs new hot spot

Welcome to Ginger, at the Beach Hotel. This beautiful and trendy new spot is great place for a smart meal, but there is also a more relaxed terrace, overlooking Shark Rock Pier. I was lucky enough to have a great lunch there this week, for a friend's birthday. The sea was the most amazing clear … Continue reading PEs new hot spot →

In common with many coastal spots (the same is happening in St Francis Bay to an alarming extent) a combination of the … Continue reading Shark Rock Pier #2 →
