These guys have the best descriptive phrases in the townships. Another delicatesse is the “Walkie Talkie” – poultry head and feet.

In Gauteng we call it Skopo, once you get your hands on it, you will never go back. It’s been a while since I had one and now you made want to get one soon.

I am not sure I could handle a smiley/ skopo – the thought of my meal “watching” me would put me off.
