On my last trip to Johannesburg I popped up to Pretoria to visit the Voortrekker Monument. It was a very misty morning and the Pretoria skyline was just just visible in the fog. Pretoria is South Africa’s capital city and forms part of the City of Tshwane Metropolitan.

I was blown away at how large Pretoria is, and didn't even feel like I'd left the states. Like the soft misty look.

Interesting as I dislike that place so much…hubby was offered a job back in SA but in JHB and we would live in Pretoria…we said NO, rather stay in Germany.
