Thanks, I read the other post, the dunes are quite spectacular & beautiful. I guess the picture caught my eye as Michigan (USA) has large sand dunes; however, ours were apparently caused about 100 years ago due to deforestation along Lake Michigan. These dunes seem to have always been there.

Wow!! They look like they go on for miles, but maybe that is just the framing of the photo!
